WHO ARE WE?
Our headquarters are located in the north of Spain, in the province of Gipuzkoa. We have a physical shop in the city of San Sebastian and another one 35 km away in the town of Anoeta. We have an international vocation, we speak 8 languages, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Basque and Galician. This variety of languages allows us to relate in a much more efficient way with our customers all over the world and offer a service of the highest quality.
We want to be a reliable company that listens and advises its customers. We have excellent customer service before the purchase decision and afterwards in each of the sales, we offer a very personalized attention to each of our customers. We empathize and try to make your dreams come true. Our mission is to achieve 0 problems in all operations and we work every day to improve our processes. We are a small but constantly growing team, we now have almost 20 people. We are constantly working on the training of each of our teams. Our strength comes from our passion for two wheels.

Our goal is to get more and more people to enjoy cycling, cycling, and of course to practice more outdoor sports. Having a healthier life makes us feel better about ourselves and be happier.

We only work with the best bike brands and select the best quality cycling products. If any product or brand is not up to the standard expected of it, we do not hesitate to discontinue working with that product or brand.
