That's why we offer an extensive returns policy that allows you to return any product, whether it's a bike or an accessory, within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are in unused condition and retain their original packaging.

30-day return policy, extended to 40 days from December 1-31

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Turboebike. For this reason, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused bikes and accessories. In order to make this return, it is necessary that you send us the product in optimum condition, without signs of wear and accompanied by all the elements that were originally included, such as warranties, labels and instructions for use. It is your responsibility to send the products you wish to return to our warehouse.
In this process, it is essential that the products are well packaged to avoid damage during transport. In the event that inappropriate packaging causes damage to the product, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.

Costs associated with returns

It is important to note that if you decide to withdraw from your purchase after the order has been shipped, all shipping and return costs will be your responsibility. If necessary, we are prepared to coordinate the collection of your return with the same transport agency that made the delivery. Furthermore, in situations involving the return of bicycles or frames, we reserve the right to retain the costs associated with the assembly and logistics of shipping and returning the product.

If your purchase was subject to special promotions, such as "free delivery", please note that you may be liable for certain costs that were not applied at the time of purchase. However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refund Procedure

Once the returned products have arrived at our warehouse and we have checked that they comply with all the conditions stipulated for the return, we will proceed with the corresponding refund. The method of refund will depend on how you made the initial payment:

For payments by credit card or Paypal: The refund will be made to the same card or Paypal account used for the purchase.
For payments by bank transfer: We will need you to provide us with an account number to make the corresponding transfer.

In the case of order cancellations, both by the customer and Turboebike, that do not involve shipping, refunds will be made within one or two business days of cancellation. For situations requiring the physical return of products to our facilities, refunds will be made within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned products.

If you wish to change the size of a product, we suggest that you contact our customer service department to coordinate this process. You can request the size change from your dashboard on our website or by e-mail. We are at your disposal to facilitate any necessary adaptation and guarantee your satisfaction with our products.
